|1. Durability and dependability||
As compare to the standard power Cable, Bus Bar is durable product because it has fiber casing with rubber insulation inside. Such casing protects this accessory from damage by an external force. In addition, It is fixed along the mast section which means it is stable and does not require much movement during operation of the building hoist.
For continuous operation Life span of Bus Bar is at least 5 to 6 years (can also reach 8-
10 years, depending on use and storage situation)
|3. Easy Installation||
Bus Bar are installed along and together with the Mast Sections. Each bus bar section is 3meters. One person can easily lift and handle one or two Bus bar at one time.
|4. Bus Bar Recommended for High Rise Projects (Weight constraint for cable)||
As the Bus Bars are installed along with Mast sections the weight of Bus Bar is distributed on the Mast Section.
|5. Bus Bar Recommended for High Rise Projects (Air Pressure constraint for cable)||
As the Bus Bars are installed along with Mast sections, it is fixed on the mast sections and wind pressure won’t be a factor to the bus bar’s damage not will it move the bus bar from its place.
|6. Troubleshooting Damage and Replacement||Should there be any damage, troubleshooting can be done by replacing only the damaged section/s|
|7. Time of Replacement||
For replacement of Damaged Bus Bar, only the damaged piece of 3mtr needs to be replaced. Which can be replaced within only 2 hrs, shortening the machine downtime considerably.
Bus Bar may be slightly more expensive, but in terms of long term usage, it is more efficient as it can be used in more projects.
