I.Gerenal Introduction
The cement mortar vibrator is designed for cement mortar strength test method to according to ISO679 international standard. The instrument complies with the requirements of JC/T 682 "Cement Mortar Test Body Forming Vibrator", and is suitable for the preparation of samples for cement strength testing.

III. Working Process
The cement mortar vibrator is mainly composed of vibration parts, frame parts and proximity switch program control system. When working, the synchronous motor drives the cam to rotate, so that the vibrating part moves up, rises to a fixed value and falls down, and generates vibration to make the cement mortar vibrate accordingly. The instrument is controlled by a touch screen, and it will stop automatically after vibration of 60 times.
IV. Installation
Correct installation of the cement mortar vibrating table is very important to the preparation of the test piece and the test results. Please follow the steps below for installation.
1. According to the requirements of 4.2.5 in the national standard GB/T17671, the cement moratr vibrating table should be installed on a concrete base with a height of 400mm. The volume of concrete is about 0.27m3 and the weight is about 650kg. When it is necessary to prevent external vibration from affecting the test accuracy, a layer of natural rubber pad of 5mm thickness can be placed under the entire concrete base. And note that the vibrator should have a good electrical safety earthing connection.
2. Fix the vibrating table on the base with anchor screws, and make it horizontal after installation. Use a height gauge to correct the height difference of the four corners of the vibrating table within 1mm, and the length direction is within 0.5mm. Lay a thick layer of fresh mortar in between to ensure full contact. At the same time, this method can also be used to adjust the level of the table and the boom.
3. Tighten the anchor screws after the cement mortar has solidified and hardened. Note that the tightening force should be basically the same to prevent equipment deformation. Then lift the middle table, convex head and the positioning sleeve. There should be no jamming phenomenon. If there is any jamming, it is generally because the level is not calibrated. You should find out the causes and then re-calibrate.
VI. Operation
1. Before operation, the positioning sleeve should be removed, check whether the moving parts can move freely, whether the electric control part is normal, after filling lubricating oil, start the cement mortar vibrating table and run it idly to check if everything is normal. The positioning sleeve must be removed before usage.
2. Since this circuit does not use a power transformer, the circuit part is same to the power supply voltage, so the casing must be grounded safely (check carefully whether the PE yellow-green wire of the power plug socket is safely grounded, DO NOT connect it to the neutral wire of the power supply).
3. Add lubricating oil to the place where there is an oil cup, and apply thin oil on the surface of the cam to reduce wear.
4. After use, all kinds of sundries on the cement mortar vibrator should be cleaned, and the positioning sleeve should be put back in place to prevent the center position from being affected by the force on the table.
5. After the cement mortar vibrator has been used for a period of time, if the amplitude becomes larger or out of tolerance, it can be adjusted with the washer along with the vibrator. The specific method is to loosen the fixing screw of the stopper, take out the stopper, put the washer under it and tighten the fixing screw again.
6. Amplitude inspection:
a. Put the 14.7mm inspection block between the convex surface and the stopper, and turn the cam by hand. The cam should be in contact with the bearing.
b. Use the same method to put in the 15.3mm inspection block, then the cam and the bearing should not be in contact, and the above two conditions must be satisfied.Then the amplitude of the cement mortar vibrator is qualified to work.
