Technical features:

The reverse type building hoist consists of two major parts: mast section transmission system on left side of the mast and SC100G building hoist on the right side of the mast.

The transmission system is fixed on the steel structures, and it takes the overall weights on the mast section and holds the mast sections still in the air. The building hoist system works as standard hoist for material and passenger transportation. The building hoist system will stop work when adding height to the mast sections and no entrance is allowed to the building hoist. After adding new masts, the transmission system will send the mast sections downwards vertically.

1. Building Hoist system adopts TW brand helical bevel gearbox, which is of Italian SICOMA technology, with reliable performance and high transmission efficiency.
2. Transmission system adopts SEW motor & gearbox as well as Schneider inverter, with high brake torque and stable start/stop.
3. The building hoist system transports workers and materials during the digging process of tunnels.
4. Through the transmission system, mast sections can be extended downwards from the top.
5. The reverse type building hoist is suitable for the construction of subway, tunnels and bridge culvert, etc.

6. Mast sections are added on top, and the transmission system sends the mast sections from top to bottom.
