Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) with Twin Jib for building cleaning and curtain wall installation

Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) is installed on top of the high rise buildings, which provides a safe and effecient way of building surface cleaning and glass curtain wall installation. The BMU has difference models including on-track type, trackless type, portable davit type, monorail type, etc.

We have been closely working with top academies of building research in China for years, and we are specialized in BMU designing, manufacturing and installation. Our strength includes:

6. Hoisting drum adopts gear transmission, with high transmission efficiency and higher reliablity. The overspeed protection device is ratchet type, there is spring buffers at the end of ratchet to minimize the impacting and shocks during emergency stops.

7. Motor and gearbox adopts SEW or NORD brand, whose performance is more stable and has been tested and proven during operation for years.

8. Electrical parts are from world famous brands, such as Simens, Muller, Schneider, TOSHIBA, Mistubishi, etc., ensuring stable performance of the BMU.

9. Full experiences of overseas sales & service. More than 50 units BMU had been exported to Middle East, ASEAN countries and South Asia areas.
