Hoist Spare Parts 8.0mm Thickness Mast Section with Rack for Building Hoist/Construction Elevator

Mast section is the force-bearing part of the building hoist/construction elevator, also serves as the guiding rail for the cart's running. Each mast section is connected with 8.8-level high strength bolts to make up the required height. The mast section, which has superior quality and significant bearing ability, is produced with quality Φ76 steel pipes.

Mast section is welded by steel pipes, angle steel. The section length is 1508mm, and the rack is fixed on the mast by three hex socket screws, which can be replaced. The lower ends of four main mast pipes have positioning devices, also there is positioning pin at lower end of the rack, which is used for mast section installation.

Cross-section dimension of the mast is 650 x 650 mm. According to customer’s needs, surface of mast can be painted or hot dip galvanized (HDG), which has higher strength and good anti-rusting performance.

When the height of building hoist/construction elevator is over 260m and less than 380m, 6mm thickness mast section shall be needed for safety reasons. 

Our mast sections are welded by welding robot, with high accuracy.
