Features:

Floor fixed distributing machine is fixed on the floor with reserved holes in advance, easy to use, safe and reliable, economical and practical.

The features as following:

1. The tower body of the distributor is fixed in the reserved hole of the floor by the frame (the second floor is fixed), and the operation can be carried out. The casting of two floors can be realized at one time.

2. When climbing, rely on the tower crane to lift the distributor to the upper floor to fix, simple operation, safety, high efficiency.

3. When the floor is large, several tower bodies can be installed, and large area pouring can be realized by transferring the boom to the corresponding tower body, which is economical and practical.

4. Climbing device

Two climbing modes are for choice: climbing device on floor and climbing device in elevator well. The climbing structure has been optimized and inclined block auxiliary structure is adopted in the tubular column. All can eliminate the error effectively for drilling holes in the floor.

5. Hydraulic system

The power system adopts electrical engine and plunger pump with high pressure, low flux pulse and low noise. Electro-hydraulic stacked directional valves are from German Bosch Rexroth. They are in good performance and good working condition.
